No self-respecting park can call itself a proper park without a great lawn. "But lawns must have a purpose". So, when crafting this space for your picnic, frisbee throwing, festival and sunbathing needs, we picked up on the history of the bison that once moved across this landscape.
We created a lawn that moves towards the river, like them. Next, we placed it on top of safely sealed former construction debris fill sites. This elevates the lawn to 40 feet above the Ohio River intentionally located for the wonderfully beautiful sunrises and sunsets. And for a little special treat, the park drive goes UNDER the lawn creating a land-bridge suitable for winter sledding.
